Agreement to terms
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.
Services
Phiof Digital provides bespoke operational systems design and development services. All work is scoped and agreed upon before commencement. We work in defined engagements with clear deliverables and timelines.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- You own the systems and code we build specifically for you
- We retain rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies we use
- We may use anonymised examples of work for portfolio purposes (with your consent)
Payment and engagement
Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. Typically:
- Work is scoped and quoted before commencement
- Payment schedules are agreed in advance
- Invoices are due within the agreed payment terms
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond what is explicitly agreed
- Our liability is limited to the value of the specific engagement
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Data and confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and delivered. Any prepaid work will be refunded proportionally.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
